SPECIAL ANGELS BOWLING LEAGUE
A special needs bowling league for children between the ages of 3 & 12 (special exceptions made age wise). Children play with bumpers and light weight bowling balls on small teams appropriately aged. Parents help their children to roll the ball down the lane and cheer the other children on. There is a registration fee which helps to pay for the pizza party and trophy and weekly charge to bowl which is paid to the bowling lanes. SIBLINGS ARE WELCOME AND NO KNOWLEDGE OF THE GAME IS REQUIRED.
SPECIAL NEEDS CHEERLEADING/DANCE TEAM
Putting the Pieces Together and Special Angels Recreation are proud to announce a new program they are offering. “SPARKS” which stands for Special Angels Recreation Kids is the first ever cheer/dance squad that will be showcased at competitions and professional sports half times on New Jersey.
Registration is being held on Thursday, November 8th at 7:30pm LaSalle Center 200 Ridge Road North Arlington, between Dunkin Doughnuts and Queen of Peace Church side ramp entrance. Girls between the ages of 8 and 18 will be practicing on Monday evenings between 6pm and 7:30pm in Lyndhurst more information will be given at registration. The fee for registration is $40.00 which will help pay for the cost of the custom cheer/dance uniforms.

SPECIAL ANGELS TEE BALL LEAGUE
A special needs tee ball league with teams that are age appropriate and special rules to accommodate each child. There is a candy bar fundraiser, team photo’s along with trading cards, opening day and gift, closing day ceremony, banquet and trophy for all, dvd slide show set to music of the season for each family, clowns, face painters and more. We look for team sponsors which helps to pay for the trophy,
shirt and cap. We run the league with all the perks the
typical leagues have but with a different set of rules and no
pressure for our children. Shadows help our children play the game so if your child has a relative or friend of the family that might be interested in shadowing they are welcome. We also look for volunteers to coach no knowledge of the game is required.
